Ipsita's professional trajectory took a notable turn when she joined an e-waste recycling company, focusing on CSR and EPR awareness in the e-waste sector. 

She has played a pivotal role in educating corporates and stakeholders about their environmental responsibilities, particularly in waste management. Currently, Ipsita is an integral part of the team at A A Garg & Co., where she continues to spread knowledge on EPR across various industries, including plastics, electronics, batteries, etc.
