2. For non-compliance for use of (SUP) single-used plastic- EC of INR 5000/ton.
3. As per provisions 4(h) and 10 (3) of PWM Rules, 2016 (as amended) Manufacturers and Seller of biodegradable plastics must conform to the tentative lndian standard IS 17899 T:2022 notified-by the Bureau of lndian Standards - Godfrey Phillips claim was invalid as there were no registrations as per the above provisions by CPCB till then. | http://Link |
